Pass criterion: participants scoring 18 or above out of 25 receive the "Indigonix Agentic Enterprise Design" certificate.

Is this only for the IT team, or can business units join too?
Business units absolutely should join. The core goal is to build a shared language between business and technology teams. The best results come from teams where process owners and technology architects work side by side.
Do participants need prior AI knowledge?
No. The workshop starts from foundational concepts. What matters is that participants know their own processes and business goals.
Can we use the workshop outputs (pitch document, etc.) inside our company?
Yes. All outputs are entirely yours — your organization retains full IP ownership of every document produced during the workshop.
Our team is smaller than 12 or larger than 30 — is that still possible?
The standard format is designed for 12–30 participants. We can tailor a smaller-team format or plan multiple sessions for larger groups — we'll scope this together on the discovery call.
How does procurement / invoicing work?
We provide a corporate invoice, contract, and any standard vendor documentation your procurement process requires. This is typically finalized within 3–5 business days after the discovery call.
Can a single day really produce a concrete output?
Yes — that's the core design principle. Each module feeds its output into the next, so by the end of the day you have a presentable Final Transformation Pitch, not abstract notes.
