Privacy Notice
What data the indigonix.ai corporate site processes, why, and where it is held.
Draft — pending legal review. This document factually describes what the site does. The choice of legal basis, retention periods and cross-border transfer conditions should be confirmed by legal counsel before this is treated as final.
indigonix.ai processes only the email address you enter in the guide request form. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking tools. Your address is used to send the guide you asked for and — if you consent — to send updates. You can have it deleted at any time.

The site does not collect names, phone numbers, company details or payment information. There is no data-collecting form on the site other than the guide request form.
3. Cookies and tracking
indigonix.ai sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, no heatmap and no behavioural tracking on this site. That is also why you see no cookie consent banner.
If you follow an external link (LinkedIn, X), that platform's own privacy policy applies. These platforms are not embedded in the site; they are only linked.

Consent to receive the guide and consent to receive updates are separate. You can get the guide without giving the second.
5. Service providers
- Resend — email delivery and subscriber list storage. US-based.
- Vercel — site hosting and server logs. US-based.
All connections are encrypted with TLS. Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising, and never used for language model training.
6. Cross-border transfer
Because Resend and Vercel are US-based, your email address and server logs are processed outside Türkiye. The legal conditions for cross-border transfer under KVKK are pending confirmation by legal counsel; we state this plainly rather than leave the notice incomplete.
7. Retention
- Email address: kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Server logs: kept for the hosting provider's default retention period; we do not archive them separately.
To request deletion, write to info@indigonix.ai. You do not need to give a reason.
8. Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

9. Agenticos is a separate service
This notice covers only the indigonix.ai corporate site. The Agenticos platform (agenticos.indigonix.ai) processes a much broader set of data — account details, process documents, audit records — and has its own privacy notice.
10. Changes
When this notice is updated, the date at the top of the page changes. If a change is material, subscribers on the list are notified by email.
