From process to governed AI agents, in a single session.
Turn the process you already wrote into an editable workflow, an agent team and a compliance-ready design.
Agenticos reads your process document, converts it into an editable workflow, designs which agent handles which responsibility, and documents all of it with EU AI Act-referenced governance notes. The weeks usually lost between analysis and design collapse into one working session.
Agent projects stall at design, not analysis
Most organisations already know which process they want to automate. The bottleneck is designing who runs it with which responsibility, which approval gates apply, and which compliance requirements attach. That work usually spreads across weeks of meetings and scattered documents. Agenticos turns it into a structured, repeatable chain.
Six modules, one chain
Strategy
Turns BSC objectives into quarterly KPI plans and workflow candidates.
Planning
Converts your process document into an editable, simulatable workflow canvas.
Advisory
Produces automation candidates, AI use cases and source-referenced governance notes.
Orchestration
Keeps the workflow and a BPMN-like model in sync.
Execution
Builds a role-based agent team, handoff chain and automatic execution trace.
Verification
Validates the design with a GTL test plan and deployment readiness score.
What you walk away with
Workflow
Editable canvas, JSON, and an n8n-importable format.
Agent blueprints
Copy-paste system prompts, loop policies and tool bindings per agent.
Governance report
Excel workbook and a presentable PDF with source-referenced compliance notes.
Test plan
Domain-based test matrix, evidence pack and readiness score.
Compliance is not a layer added afterwards
Every output is written to an audit trail, text can be pre-scanned for personal data, and consent is captured at the start of the session. Governance notes are produced with references to the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI RMF and the MIT AI Risk Repository, so every recommendation is traceable to its source.
- EU AI Act risk classification (high / limited / minimal)
- Explicit marking of steps that require human approval
- Durable audit trail and workspace records
- Source-referenced recommendations — evidence, not assertions
Who uses it?

To see concretely which steps an agent can run.
Enterprise architects
To design agent architecture and integration points.
Governance and compliance teams
To embed EU AI Act and ISO 42001 requirements into the design.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Agenticos runs in the browser at agenticos.indigonix.ai. You create an account and start with a process document.
What exactly do I need to provide?
A process description in plain text is enough — steps and roles. The platform derives the workflow from it.
Can I export the results?
Yes. Workflows export as JSON or in an n8n-importable format; reports export as Excel and PDF; agent blueprints export as JSON or Markdown.
Is my data used to train models?
Your data is not used for language model training and is never sold. Outputs belong to your organisation. Indigonix may study platform content for academic research and framework development, but only on anonymised data — names, emails, organisation names and account identifiers are removed first, and no customer appears identifiably in any research output. You can opt out by writing to info@indigonix.ai.
How does it relate to the workshop?
Agenticos is the live demo tool used throughout the Agentic Enterprise Design Workshop. You can also use it independently.
KPIs are not dashboards. They are machine-readable decision triggers.
