FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we are asked most often about Indigonix System Intelligence, its services and how it works.
What does Indigonix do?
Indigonix System Intelligence designs and builds governed enterprise intelligence systems. The work falls into four areas: assessing AI maturity, designing and building agentic enterprise architecture, bringing those systems under governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act, and improving them continuously through regular monitoring and audit. The central question is not “how do we use AI” but “how do we design autonomous systems responsibly.”
Do you build AI agents?
Yes, we build agents — but we do not hand over agents alone. We treat agentic transformation as a migration: the organization is moved into the new structure gradually rather than all at once. Processes are first redesigned with you for agent-to-agent and human-to-agent working, and costed. Agents then go into production one at a time, under control, alongside the scalable environment they need. Our forward deployed engineers develop agentic citizens inside your teams. After go-live the system is monitored through audits and continuously improved.
What services do you offer?
The services are structured as a lifecycle rather than standalone packages: maturity assessment, redesigning processes for agent-to-agent and human-to-agent working, agentic enterprise architecture, cost estimation, controlled rollout to production, then audit and continuous improvement. The lines are: AI Maturity Assessment, Agentic Enterprise Architecture, AI Governance & Compliance, Strategy Intelligence, Process Orchestration, AI Security & Resilience, Governance Dashboard, BPMN Orchestration, Agent Topology and KPI Decomposition. On the product side there is CompanyBrain and Agenticos; on the training side the Agentic Enterprise Design Workshop and four programmes.
Where do we start? What is the first step?
Most engagements begin with a two-week readiness scan. The scan establishes current process maturity, data readiness and governance gaps, and produces a concrete view of which processes are suitable for agentic transformation and which are not. An alternative entry point is the one-day Agentic Enterprise Design Workshop.
Which sectors do you work in?
Finance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, retail, defense, education, agriculture, smart city, audit and consulting, and hospitality operations. Because the approach is an architectural discipline rather than a sector-specific product, this list is not closed — what determines fit is the structure of the process and its governance requirements, not the industry.
What do your services cost?
Prices are not published on the site because scope varies substantially between organizations. For trainings and workshops there are special campaign terms valid until 31 August 2026. To request a quote, write to info@indigonix.ai.
Do you issue ISO 42001 certificates?
No — the certificate is issued by an accredited certification body, which conducts a Stage 1 documentation review followed by a Stage 2 implementation audit. Indigonix works on everything up to that audit: gap analysis, building the AI management system, writing policies and controls, and preparing the evidence base. See the ISO/IEC 42001 implementation guide for detail.
What do you do for EU AI Act compliance?
EU AI Act requirements are treated as part of system design rather than a compliance layer added afterwards. In practice that means risk classification, human oversight points designed into the workflow, and decision logs and explainability mechanisms built from the start. A free preview of the EU AI Act Readiness Guide can be downloaded from Labs.
What is CompanyBrain?
CompanyBrain is a company brain that runs on your own infrastructure — a sovereign, AI-native layer. The idea is an inversion: instead of moving your data to the model, it brings the model to your data. Staff ask in plain language; the system answers and completes the work by auto-filling the forms — with final approval always left to a human. It deploys on-premise, including in fully air-gapped environments. More at companybrain.indigonix.ai
Is CompanyBrain just a question-and-answer interface?
No. The deployment comes with a data sense-making engagement: the intelligence sitting latent in your scattered data is extracted, structured, and turned into a holistic information-system layer that learns and improves itself. What you end up with is not a searchable archive but a living organizational memory — a layer that accumulates as it is used and raises the quality of decisions. Why that differs from an ordinary document store is set out in Your Company Has Data. But Does It Have Memory?
What does CompanyBrain do with our business processes?
All of your business processes go live in line with the enterprise architecture. They do not stay frozen as definitions: they continuously gain meaning from incoming data, and as your strategy shifts they can be modernized through agentic orchestration without a rebuild. The whole mechanism is observable, auditable and loggable — which decision was made on which data, when, and under whose approval can always be traced backwards.
Can a newly founded company use CompanyBrain?
Yes — and in that case you do not need to buy a separate information system. New companies can build their brain directly on the platform: processes, decisions and records accumulate inside CompanyBrain from the outset. The difference is this: in an established organization institutional memory is something you have to extract afterwards; in a new company it is something that accumulates from day one. What matters is not the age of the company but how much of its knowledge sits in systems versus in people’s heads.
Why does CompanyBrain run locally rather than in the cloud?
It is about data sovereignty, not speed. Cloud AI moves your data onto third-party infrastructure; CompanyBrain keeps the model and the data on the same hardware. The question, the answer and the data all stay inside the institutional boundary. That has three consequences: KVKK and EU AI Act alignment holds by construction, and the hardest audit question — “where did the data go?” — simply disappears; you are unaffected by outages, pricing changes, quotas or sanctions on foreign providers; and there are no per-use fees.
Can CompanyBrain be deployed in the cloud as well?
Yes. Where data is not sensitive, deployments are also made on Huawei Cloud, Google Cloud or AWS as required; the same interface runs on either architecture. What decides it is the sensitivity of the data and the regulation the organization falls under. If data must not cross the institutional boundary, the local architecture is what we recommend; where no such constraint exists, a cloud deployment is an entirely valid option.
What is Agenticos, and how does it differ from consulting?
Agenticos is a software product that turns your process document into a governed AI agent design in a single session: workflow, agent architecture, compliance notes and test plan. It runs in the browser at agenticos.indigonix.ai with no installation. Consulting, by contrast, is a human-led design and implementation engagement specific to your organization. Agenticos is also used as the live demo tool during the workshop.
How long is the workshop, and who is it for?
The Agentic Enterprise Design Workshop runs for one day, comprises six modules and takes roughly seven hours. It can be delivered in person or online. It is aimed at C-Suite executives, digital transformation leaders, process owners and enterprise architects. Participants leave with a working multi-agent system architecture for their own process and a presentable transformation pitch.
Are trainings remote or in person?
Both are available. There are four programmes: AI Literacy (online training), AI Literacy Workshop, EU AI Act Workshop, and AI Governance & Agentic System Workshop. Programme content and agendas are on the Trainings & Workshops page.
Where are you based? Do you work remotely?
Istanbul (Arel Tekmer), Ankara (Next Level) and London (17 Green Lanes, London, N16 9BS). Because workshops and trainings can be delivered both in person and online, geography is not a constraint on working together.
How does enterprise procurement work?
Corporate invoicing, contracts and the required supplier documentation are provided. The process is typically completed within three to five business days after an initial call.
How is our data protected?
Organizational data shared during consulting and workshop engagements is never sold to third parties and never used for language model training. Data processed in the Agenticos platform is held in Frankfurt (AWS Europe Central 1) and is covered by the platform’s own privacy notice. Where data must never leave the institution at all, that is precisely what CompanyBrain is built for — the model runs on your own hardware. On this site, only the email address you enter in the guide request form is processed — see the Privacy Notice.
Who should get in touch?
It is the right time if AI projects keep stalling before production, if agent initiatives get stuck moving from analysis into design, or if ISO/IEC 42001 or EU AI Act requirements have landed on the agenda. Contact: info@indigonix.ai
