Why This Workshop?

AI systems no longer only generate recommendations. They influence decisions, orchestrate workflows and, in agentic settings, may act with partial autonomy. This creates a new governance question: not only whether an AI system works, but whether it is aligned with the right intent, the right context, the right human oversight and the right evidence trail. This workshop transforms AI governance from a policy topic into a practical system design and testing discipline.

FAQ

Is this a compliance training?	It includes compliance mapping, but its primary focus is governance-by-design: how to design, test and evidence responsible AI systems.
Is it technical?	It is both strategic and practical. Business participants work on governance design; technical participants work on context, reasoning, test cases, logs and system readiness.
Can it be customized?	Yes. The optional Enterprise Strategy Lab adapts the templates to the organization's actual AI systems, risks, roadmap and operating model.
